Purpose of Position
- Provide consistent, dynamic, effective, and unified direction to developing and providing marketing and communication services across the operating divisions within MER.

- To protect and enhance the value of the BV brand in the Middle East Operating Region and coordinate through the commercial/sales network within MER, the marketing and communications profile for each business line.

- provide direction to the business with respect to Marketing
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.


Major Responsibilities
- Review, develop and implement effective marketing initiatives that promote the full spectrum of BV - services to the market to increase BV value add activity.

- Support existing BDM teams/business units with presentations to offer competitive and    comprehensive service offerings to our customers

- Optimize all marketing collateral

- Work with existing BDM teams/business units to develop and implement optimized marketing plans - Support Bureau Veritas to meet and exceed the needs of our customer organizations through our   service offering

- Provide direction and support to the business on internal and external communications.

- Develop and maintain internal communications platforms, such as the MER intranet and newsletters.

- Develop and maintain external communications platforms, such as the MER various websites, LinkedIn, and external newsletters.

- Work with existing BDM/teams to develop action plans for the implementation of communications plans.

- Organize key regional events and support countries to ensure smooth delivery of local events.

- Lead and manage the central marketing and communications team

- Manage, control and ensure the effective and efficient deployment of the central Marketing budget

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate with minimum 8-10 years of business development/marketing experience. MBA in Marketing would be advantage.
- Should have the experience of business development in core sectors such as Oil & Gas/Power “Certification.
- Should have dealt with both public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations.
