Role and responsibilities:

Operational:

  • Audit planning (new and advance planning of Surveillances / RCAs) according to operational priorities, contract specifications and technical requirements under the guidance of manager.  
  • Daily follow-up with clients for the confirmation on the audit dates proposed.
  • Ensuring receiving timely contract documents from the sales team. Maintaining contract database and keeping it up-to-date.
  • JMS contract setup.
  • Timely arrangement of Siebel scheduling / ART Link and sending to auditors.
  • Support in coordinating with internal Admin for logistics for the team.
  • Participates in internal and external audits when and where necessary.

Generic:

  • Report any HSE related concern to Operations Manager
  • Adhere to all BV Global and local QHSE policies.
  • To act as backup of other colleague, when assigned by the Manger

Any specific project / task assigned by the Manager
