Role and responsibilities:
Operational:
- Audit planning (new and advance planning of Surveillances / RCAs) according to operational priorities, contract specifications and technical requirements under the guidance of manager.
- Daily follow-up with clients for the confirmation on the audit dates proposed.
- Ensuring receiving timely contract documents from the sales team. Maintaining contract database and keeping it up-to-date.
- JMS contract setup.
- Timely arrangement of Siebel scheduling / ART Link and sending to auditors.
- Support in coordinating with internal Admin for logistics for the team.
- Participates in internal and external audits when and where necessary.
Generic:
- Report any HSE related concern to Operations Manager
- Adhere to all BV Global and local QHSE policies.
- To act as backup of other colleague, when assigned by the Manger
