Engineering Background with experience in PRIMAVERA & MS Project

Education Degree:

Degree in Engineering

Technical knowledge:

Certifications / formal training in PRIMAVERA/MS PROJECT and PMI certifications would be advantageous

Experience:

Experience in managing project planning for large infrastructure projects.

Minimum 08 years experience.

Primary Functions:

• The candidate will be responsible for project planning activities for all phases of the project.
• The candidate will lay the framework that guides the project from initiation to completion.
• The candidate should develop the project plan with all agreed phases and milestones on PRIMAVERA or MS PROJECTS
• To monitor and track the daily progress and update project plan dynamically.
• Responsible of ownership of the project plan in terms of accuracy of data and tracking of key milestones.
• Responsible to represent Burau Veritas  to the client in a professional approach
• Attend progress meetings and milestone meetings.
• Responsible to generate progress reports and dashboards for client presentations.
• Work in close relationship with the Project Manager to strategically plan and schedule major phases and identify any potential challenges to be faced.

Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong command of Project Management software PRIMAVERA and MS PROJECTS
• Strong command of project planning methodologies and best practices.
• High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and Power point.

Business Requirements:

• Strong Time Management Skills
• Strong Communication skills and able to interact effectively among team members and stakeholders.
