Purpose of Position
- To provide direction, instruction, and guidance to a group, ensuring they achieve specific organizational goals while fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work culture.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Major Responsibilities
-Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
-Manage team schedules, attendance, and workload distribution.
-Ensure the team contributes effectively to achieving the annual revenue target.
-Monitor and follow up on monthly revenue performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
-Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive revenue-related initiatives.
-Prepare monthly performance updates and revenue reports for management review.
-Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and performance expectations.
-Ensure all operational processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
-Monitor team performance through KPIs and take corrective action where needed.
-Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when required.
-Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
-Handle escalated inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
-Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
-Identify training needs and support team development plans.
-Coach team members to enhance skills, quality, and productivity.
-Assistance in preparation of quotations / proposals / tenders related to civil engineering activities
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering
- 09 Years’ experience
Skills & Qualities:
- Technical Project Coordination , Documentation, Inter-team Communication, Stakeholder Management, Organizational Abilities, review reports, support in preparing invoices, Performance of site inspections and visit the team, QA/QC activities
