Mechanical Supervisor

Major Responsibilities:

1)Solo run for all motors & compressor-(41 nos approx-each ncfs)

2)Mechanical run test (mrt)for all pumps and compressor (56 approxeach

Ncfs))

3)Internal cleaning of vessel inspections -(86 approx-each ncfs)

4)box-up inspection--(86 approx-each ncfs)

5)Initial filling of lubrication and chemicals etc (4 nos approx )

6)Various inspections at each stage with bapco upstream (pcc/start-up)

7)Alighnment(hot)--(56 approx-each ncfs)

8)Vendor assistance

9)Trouble shooting during pcc/start-up

Qualification and Expereince:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Diploma-10–15 years in oil & gas projects

Bachelor’s Degree -8-10 years in oil & gas projects

API, ASME; rotating & static equipment,Compressor station experience

Skills:

Manpower supervision, problemsolving, site leadership,Leadership, coordination, strong HSE awareness

Documentation,MRT,Compressors, pumps, vessels, alignment,Lube oil flushing, preservation
