2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2.1. Specialty Human Resources
2.2. Education Degree Diploma - bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2.4. Technical knowledge HRIS, MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, SAP.
2.5. Experience 0-1 Years


3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Primary Functions

Job Summary:

The trainee will support the payroll – HR department by assisting in the preparation of End of Service
Benefits (EOSB), ensuring all clearance procedures are completed accurately, and verifying that all
required documents are properly submitted. The role also includes providing general support to the
Payroll Executive in daily administrative and payroll-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and calculating End of Service Benefits (EOSB) in coordination with the Payroll
Executive.
• Follow up on clearance forms and ensure they are completed by all relevant departments.
• Verify that all required documents are collected and properly filed for final settlement.
• Update records of employees whose services have ended and ensure all exit procedures are
properly documented.
• Coordinate with the HR or Personnel department to finalize and deliver termination paperwork.
• Support in the disbursement or settlement of final payments.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to EOSB and clearance processes.
• Assist in data entry, document filing, and other administrative tasks related to payroll.
•Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
•Any tasks related to HR.


3.2. Technical Expertise
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.
