Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced BuildingManager to lead the growth, operational performance, and market development of its Buildings business across the Central Middle East Area, covering Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt.
The role will be responsible for expanding Bureau Veritas' Buildings services across the full asset lifecycle, including PMCM, Construction Supervision, Technical Advisory, Asset Management, Technical Due Diligence, Sustainability Services, Commissioning, Building Inspections, and Program Management.
The successful candidate will drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and support the development of market-leading capabilities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the regional Buildings growth strategy.
  • Deliver revenue, profitability, and order intake objectives.
  • Lead major pursuits, proposals, and strategic client engagements.
  • Grow Bureau Veritas' presence across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, logistics, aviation, and data centre sectors.
  • Build executive relationships with developers, owners, operators, investors, consultants, and government entities.
  • Ensure effective project delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Support service diversification and introduction of new solutions.
  • Develop and mentor technical and commercial teams across the region.
  • Promote collaboration and cross-selling across Bureau Veritas business lines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in buildings consulting, PMCM, construction supervision, technical advisory, asset management, or related services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and major client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
