Position Overview
Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the growth, delivery, and profitability of its Buildings & Infrastructure (B&I) Infrastructure business across the Central Middle East Area, covering Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding Bureau Veritas' Infrastructure services throughout the asset lifecycle, including Project Management & Construction Management (PMCM), Construction Supervision, Technical Advisory, Owner's Engineer, Independent Engineer, Asset Management, Design Review, Program Management, and Technical Assistance services.
The role combines business leadership, strategic client engagement, operational oversight, and technical guidance to support the continued growth of the B&I business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the regional Infrastructure growth strategy.
  • Deliver sales, revenue, profitability, and order intake targets.
  • Lead strategic pursuits, major proposals, and framework agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government entities, developers, operators, and contractors.
  • Drive growth across transportation, utilities, water, energy, telecommunications, aviation, and social infrastructure sectors.
  • Oversee operational performance, project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Support technical governance, innovation, and best-practice implementation.
  • Develop high-performing teams and strengthen regional capabilities.
  • Promote cross-selling and collaboration across Bureau Veritas service lines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, engineering, PMCM, technical advisory, asset management, or TIC services.
  • Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and project delivery.
  • Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex infrastructure programs.
  • Excellent commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
