  1. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2.1. Specialty

Knowledge of VoC Expertise process related to government programs.

2.2. Education Degree

Diploma / Higher Education certificate

2.4. Technical knowledge

Refer to GS PR 103 (Qualification and training of Personnel)

2.5. Experience

Minimum 2 years job related experience (preferably in Business Development)

3.1. Primary Functions

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Define the Business Development strategy within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the Management.
  • Identify new business opportunities (existing clients and new clients) for VOC, related PSI scope & cross-selling of other BV business lines services, new accreditation scheme.
  • Define and deploy alternative solutions to maintain the budgetary achievements.
  • To prepare commercial meetings and proposals in coordination with GS KSA VoC Team
  • Mobilize the right resources to develop an opportunity and build the winning proposals with clients.
  • Prepare the actual proposals, mastering pricing components (as applicable) and strategy.
  • Timely update of reporting tools, as needed such as Sales Force
  • Assess current business and establish new business development targets, priorities and monitor them.
  • Follow up of DSO (Days sales out-standing) with clients in coordination with team members & BV collection team, as and when required.
  • Cross selling of other BV Business Lines, as applicable
  • Meeting existing clients to maintain customer relationship and to seek improvement of service
  • Follow up regulatory updates from KSA authorities: SASO, SFDA and MEWA
  • Achieve and follow up GS growth and marketing plans
  • Assist KA in their files application

3.3. Technical Expertise

 

  • Awareness of ISO 17020 & 17065 QMS requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of related inspection procedures and techniques.
