Role Purpose
The Performance Manager drives business profitability across the CME region by deploying strategic process improvement initiatives and digital transformation programs. Leading a team of Area Performance Directors and support staff, this role executes modernization of operations, optimizes workflows, and establishes a culture of operational excellence that enhances client experience and Bureau Veritas' efficiency.
Strategic Performance & Profitability Leadership
- Establish annual profitability targets for CME countries and deploy prioritized process improvement projects to achieve group-level performance goals
- Partner with underperforming business units to diagnose operational challenges and implement corrective actions
- Monitor LEAP 28 TIQ and Performance indicators to track progress and drive sustained improvement
Digital Transformation & Field Operations Modernization
- Lead strategic deployment of digital systems to modernize and optimize field operations and workflows across the region
- Drive digitization of harmonized processes in partnership with the Digital Transformation (DxT) team
- Deploy Tableau digital cockpits and comprehensive TIQ/Performance KPI visualization tools
- Establish governance frameworks with HR, M&S, Finance, DxT, HSSE, and P&L leaders to optimize digital system adoption
Process Improvement Program Execution
- Establish and monitor process improvement projects across regions, areas, and countries
- Review operational and administrative processes using lean methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline workflows
- Identify alternatives (shared services centers, resource transfers, etc.) to optimize production capacity
- Harmonize and replicate best-practice processes across CME for consistency and scalability
- Ensure end-to-end process traceability from opportunity identification through cash collection
Change Leadership & Organizational Adoption
- Direct Area Performance Directors and support team in executing improvement initiatives and monitoring adoption
- Drive alignment through clear communications on process changes and performance expectations
- Embed operational excellence as a day-to-day practice and champion continuous improvement
