• 20+ years on major industrial or high-rise complexes (1000+ workers on site)
• Expertise with high-altitude lifts, modular steel assembly, and phased execution
• Direct on-site execution of massive steel modules using heavy lift systems
• Coordinate multi-discipline interfaces (MEP, façade, cladding)
• Monitor contractors, logistics, and alignment to schedule
• Lead constructability reviews, HSE, Quality, and temporary works strategy
• BSc in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Advanced Training in Erection Engineering
• Familiar with AISC erection tolerances, modularization, and BIM
• Familiar in risk mitigation for high-risk works
