Government Relations Supervisor

Job Description 

Experience:

• Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals.

• Responsibilities :

•  Responding to staff enquiries on visa/labour/passport matters
• Organizes attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour.
• Strengthen the relationship with public agencies through events engaging the community
• Coordinate with outside counsel and third party vendors regarding immigration issues
• Communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needs
• Full knowledge of the Visa Requirement and process from different Countries 
• Stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations and best practices in government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD, etc.
• Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
• Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all time.
• Engage himself with higher management / HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labour laws / other Government laws etc
• Solving issues related to employees Visa and Iqama .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills/Strong interpersonal skills (Fluent English and Arabic.)
