1.2. Location/ Department Government Services

2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2.1. Specialty Knowledge of VoC Expertise process related to government programs.
2.2. Education Degree
Graduate from High school or secondary education with experience
2.4. Technical knowledge
Customs clearance, verification of conformity requirements or any services to business
knowledge
MS office, English
2.5. Experience 2 years of Customs clearance, shipping, travel or any services to business company
3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Primary Functions
 Timely processing of files at initial stage and final stage
 Input of all data necessary for the follow-up of the file into internal tools.
 Make sure all correspondence by emails fax/transmissions etc shall be kept in the
respective files and or to be traceable.
 Coordination with all BV network offices
 Ensure clear communication with clients.
 Follow up with client for any missing documents, where applicable.
 Best efforts to ensure satisfactory co-operation and co-ordination with clients
(commercial approach) and staff members of other BV units (PICs, LOs & GS MER
etc.).
 Consult Technical Officer/GS Manager for any clarification regarding Test Reports /
Test Results / Standards / procedures – for VOC files
 Reporting of discrepancies and difficulties met in reaching the quality goals or time
schedules to initial / Final processing section leader.
 Coordination with clients by keeping them updated on files status in addition to
providing them all necessary support and assistance during files process if applicable
 Optimise administrative processes and improve efficiency.
 Perform any other tasks as and when requested by the management
 Handles invoicing of clients
