QA/QC Director

• 20+ years developing and implementing QMS in giga/mega-scale project
• Deep understanding of welding QA, coating/fireproofing inspections, and erection tolerances
• Experience in ITPs for fabrication, coating, logistics, and site erection
• Deploy global QA dashboards linked to digital twin/BIM systems
• Supervise DT and NDT,  bolted joint verification, and coating tests
• Lead third-party inspections, client audits, and government approvals
• BSc in Engineering, CSWIP/AWS-CWI, NACE III, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Strong documentation skills for turnover packages and regulatory compliance
