1.1. Position     Tendering Specialist

     Marketing & Sales | Riyadh
1.3. Reporting to:
     Proposal Center Manager 
1.4. Key Working Relationship:     
Sales Team, BDs, M&S Manager, Operations Team 

2.    MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2.1. Specialty:     Tendering
2.2. Education Degree
     Bachelor Degree in Engineering
2.4. Technical knowledge
     Good Knowledge in construction cycle, write-up skills for diversified services
2.5. Experience
     Minimum 04 Years Experience

3.    RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Primary Functions
•    Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
•    Develop tender packages along with sales team, this includes the T&C proposal, Costing sheet, CRM
•    Prepare post tender presentations and maintain effective communication with clients.
•    Prepare the required documentation related for the internal approval process (scope presentation, risk assessment, costing, etc.,)
•    Attend meetings with client. 
•    Observe B.V. QHSSE policies and procedures (related to BU) at all times
•    Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics
•    Carry out additional duties as allocated by the N+1.

3.2. AUTHORITIES    
As per Bureau Veritas polices

3.3. Technical Expertise     
•    Excellent write-up skills in English and Arabic
•    High skills in power point and excel 
•    Ability to generate infographic reports
•    Basic understanding of construction activities

3.4. Business Requirements    
 Communication Skills / Business Acumen / Write-up skills / report writing skills

3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities     
    Implementing BV safety programs within the team
    Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE
    Policies, procedures and practices.
    Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative
    Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
    Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition
    Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
    Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
