Position: Technician Assistant, Laboratory
Company : Bureau Veritas Mineral Solutions
Location: KSA / Jeddah
Minimum Required Qualifications
Specialty: Chemistry/Science
Education Degree: Bachelor
Technical Knowledge and Expertise::
- Basic understanding of testing procedures
- Awareness of laboratory safety protocols.
Experience:
- 1 years of experience in testing laboratories or equivalent..
Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
- Support laboratory technician/ Lab Manager, lab Operations Manager,/Sr. Lab technician / in tests.
- Prepare materials/equipment for testing.
- Assist in setup/calibration of equipment.
- Maintain lab cleanliness/organization.
- Assist in equipment maintenance/cleaning.
- Follow proper storage procedures.
- Record test data accurately.
- Assist in preparing test reports/documentation.
- Report any deviations/anomalies in results.
- Adhere to safety protocols/procedures.
- Follow SOPs for chemical handling.
- Report safety hazards/incidents immediately.
- Ensure quality/accuracy of test results.
- Participate in quality control activities.
- Notify supervisor of issues affecting results.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills.
- Seek guidance from supervisor for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with lab staff.
- Provide feedback for process improvement.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.correlation tests.
- Notify the supervisor promptly of any issues affecting the quality or integrity of test results.
- Continuously participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
