Introduction

 

Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, and reporting to the Africa   TIQ Manager.

  • To co-ordinate all administrative functions in the TIQ office.
  • To ensure that all admin runs efficiently for providing support to the TIQ network.
  • To ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the Company’s quality management system, HSE management system, operating procedures, international/national standards and client requirements.
  • To provide a friendly and efficient link between the Africa TIQ office and the Africa network.

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial)
  • Fluent in English and French with English as a minimum with good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Excel skills and comfortable to learn new software applications.
  • Organized, with ability to, independently, be logical and create organized processes for administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Very good Communication and Listening skills
  • Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Complete the tasks assigned
  • Independently creating organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation
  • Daily, weekly monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.
  • Data processing and visualisation into reports on Excel, power point and Word formats
  • Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders and escalation or overdue actions/ audits/complaints/ incidents
  • Updating Sharepoint information for the TIQ network
  • Updating Africa TIQ scorecards
  • Training and support to network for Group tools.
