Introduction |
Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, and reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.
- To co-ordinate all administrative functions in the TIQ office.
- To ensure that all admin runs efficiently for providing support to the TIQ network.
- To ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the Company’s quality management system, HSE management system, operating procedures, international/national standards and client requirements.
- To provide a friendly and efficient link between the Africa TIQ office and the Africa network.

Minimum Requirements |
- Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial)
- Fluent in English and French with English as a minimum with good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent Excel skills and comfortable to learn new software applications.
- Organized, with ability to, independently, be logical and create organized processes for administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Very good Communication and Listening skills
- Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment

Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete the tasks assigned
- Independently creating organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation
- Daily, weekly monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.
- Data processing and visualisation into reports on Excel, power point and Word formats
- Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders and escalation or overdue actions/ audits/complaints/ incidents
- Updating Sharepoint information for the TIQ network
- Updating Africa TIQ scorecards
- Training and support to network for Group tools.
