Introduction

 

The Business Developer responsible for the development of Verification of Conformity (VOC) Sales.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Good understanding of the industry,
  • Good understanding of international trade (import/Export procedures)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SalesForce
  • Ability to deal with difficult environment
  • Exceptional Account management skills
  • Proficiency in both Written and spoken English. Any other international language (French, Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Very good Communication and Listening skills
  • Presentation and convincing skills
  • Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to training and equip clients with PVOC

Job Specification

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing clients relationship
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and conformity needs.
  • Permanently in contact with the exporter to offer our services regarding PVoC programs and other BV Services
  • Effectively manage all accounts under your portfolio and ensure revenue growth
  • Negotiating Service agreements/contracts and payment terms
  • Ensure cash collection to match DSO target
  • Client retention
  • Achieve all targets set by management (Contribution to margin development and Revenue growth
  • Submit reports on time
  • Providing management with timely feedback regarding market trends, competition etc.
  • Customer satisfaction survey - Operation and Quality
  • Provide reliable sales projects indicators.
  • Achieve number of weekly client visits/meeting set up by management.
