We are looking for a high‑potential FP&A Analyst ready to grow within a dynamic, central finance environment. This role is designed for someone with strong analytical capabilities, curiosity, and a hands-on approach—an excellent foundation to build a solid FP&A career.
You will support the FP&A Lead in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful insights that directly influence decision making across the business.
Role Purpose
To contribute to the financial planning cycle, monthly performance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring high‑quality data and insightful analysis for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
A. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks.
- Consolidate inputs from Business Controllers and Product Lines to ensure accuracy and alignment.
B. Monthly Closing & Analysis
- Actively participate in the monthly closing cycle.
- Perform data extraction, validation, and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
- Produce standard analysis packs for management review.
C. Reporting & Dashboards
- Maintain recurring management reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure reports are clear, reliable, and always delivered on time.
Required Profile
Experience
- 3–5 years in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Financial Consulting.
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills (mandatory).
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and interest in AI‑driven finance solutions are highly valued.
Mindset & Behaviour
- Structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced closing environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn.
Languages
- Fluent English and Spanish (both required).
- Portuguese is a plus.
