We are currently recruiting for the position of a Data Management Specialist to join our People Analytics team ensuring master, reference and transactional data is fit for purpose for everyone in BV. You will lead discussions with business stakeholders on the optimum use of data to support operational, analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Working in partnership with other BV data management colleagues and informatics partners, you will help business functions maximise the value they extract from operational and study master data. As a Data Management Specialist, you will work closely with data stewards, data owners, system owners to ensure that the necessary responsibilities, standards, and practices are in place to achieve high quality, accessible, standardised, and protected data.

What impact you can create/what you will be responsible of :
• Managing the HR data audit process internal & external.
• Educating and publicising data governance concepts and policies through presentations, intranet sites and other internal communications channels.
• Development automatic solutions for data issue tracking.
• Coordinating with HR network users to enhance data quality. Monitor maintenance process to improve the efficiency. Regular tips sharing & documentation.
• Deep diving data issue root cause & action driving to prevent.
• Supporting HR digital strategy implementation & related progress analysis.
• Existing porting process standardization & automation to enhance team efficiency.
• Coordinating with internal/extremal technical team to response for the analytics tool performance, UAT, new releases, new feature implementation.
• Working dependently, taking initiative and responsibilities to support HR Corporate activities, demonstrate coordinating different projects simultaneously as required.
• Support HRIS security management/GDPR/RBP process.
• Leading the development of sustainable and pragmatic data centric solutions to help business and informatics colleagues create, manage and consume data more effectively
• Engaging with stakeholders across BV, including senior leaders and subject matter experts, to monitor data quality, highlighting issues and leading teams to formulate appropriate solutions.

Qualifications / experience required:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluent English both written and oral.
• >6 years working experience in reporting / HRIS /data service function.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a data office, data governance or data management role.
• Strong knowledge of data management and data governance principles.
• Experience of data quality definition, monitoring and remediation.
• Experience implementing data governance tools, data dictionaries, data catalogues
• Knowledge of Information Management, Data Modelling, Data Analytics and Reporting.
• Excellent communication skills proven through client interactions, solution demonstrations/ Trainings. Presentation, story-telling and data visualization skills.
• Project experience, team work spirit, patient and initiative.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.

Technical Requirements :
• HR process and HR system knowledge, SuccessFactors and/or other tools.
• HR audit experience is appreciated.
• Excel/Power-point/VBA /HTML/design of database models for complex business needs.
• Cloud base data technology & big data is a plus.
