-To Schedule the audit, propose and follow up to get confirmation from client

-To send request to auditor to prepare audit plans

-To send Audit Packs to auditors (weekly)

-To Manage logistics arrangement for auditors (Van rental, air ticket booking, client pick up)

-To Monitor the closure of NCRs within 90 days by support to follow up with auditors or clients

-To Handle Request for certification, prepare certificate package for delivering to clients.

-To Manage certification documents, including multiple-site certifications.

-To create charges Line for draft invoice for all client under Food Scheme Group.

- To Review & Approve draft invoices

-To Coordinate/follow up with clients to submit documents for auditor to review prior to the audit date.

-To Coordinate with auditors, or technical officers regarding technical issues related to audit reports.

-To Prepare Surveillance quotations for existing clients who require quotation for PO.

-To answer to client inquiry and support others assignment/report assigned by team leader.
