Responsibilities:

1. Engagement Activities

Creating programs that encourage employee engagement or increasing the overall happiness of employees in their company.

- CSR for handle yearly staff activities, staff party, annual trip, all staff reward.  

 

2. Training Development:

- Setting a course and report to Department of Skill Development (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน) for worker.

- Create activities to encourage employees to attend online training for hard skill and soft skill. 

-  Follow up monthly online for new coming and after probation training

- Survey for feedback or career effectives related to staffs’ retention.

- Collaborate another department for set up and record internal and external training of staff/internship.

- Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.

- Monitor training budget.

- Control and submission of certification courses to the Department of Skill Development. (ยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานและยื่น สท.2)

 

3. Employee on boarding:

- Orientation and welcoming new staff.

- Responsible for updating organization chart when required.

- Monitor probation; send a probation assessment email to the department head on the 10th of the month.

- Take care expat staff for VISA and work permit and coordinate with agency.

- Monitor exiting interview for staff resignation, promoting, or move department. 

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humana Resource Management or any filed related.
  • Experience 6 years up in training and learning development in global company.
  • Background in set up training for worker or non-executive
  • Background design training for executive level up to management and coordinate with external professional for training program.      
  • Good in reading, writing & speaking English for coordinate with branch in oversea.
  • Good command of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or any program for presentation).
  • Can work independently, no staff support and report to Manager.
