Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality 
  • Experience 17 years up of HR experience in an international environment.
  • Strong and well-rounded knowledge of all HR aspects, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken for working with international.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience working with senior management to drive HR strategy and align it with business goals.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • ** Background from Global company or working with multi national   

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s 2028 goals, focusing on evolving our people model and ensuring that our employees' knowledge, skills, and engagement drive our growth.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention with a solid commitment to building tomorrow’s leaders through continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Foster an open and inclusive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with international standards and compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Prioritize health and safety, ensuring that our commitment to the well-being of our employees starts at home and extends to a safe and supportive work environment.
