Responsibilities

  • Monitor in-house SEA legal matters including reviewing agreements, addressing compliance issues.
  • Taking care of corporate matters, liaising with external counsel on litigation cases and participating in negotiation discussions.
  • Contract review.

  • Monitor Southeast Asia Compliance.

 

Qualifications

  • Good command of English, reading, wring and speaking with multination lawyer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in laws
  • 1-2 years of experience in related fields
  • Hard working and Flexible
  • Ability to work under tight schedule.
  • candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsel and operation teams on a variety of legal matters.
