Job Purpose:
In this role, you will oversee nationwide operations, drive service excellence, ensure compliance with international standards, and lead a high-performing team delivering inspection, sampling, testing support, and related agricultural services. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic operational environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage nationwide daily inspection schedules.
- Allocate inspectors, vehicles and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with BV procedures, ISO/IEC 17020, 14000, 45000 and ISO 9001, HSE, IFIA, GAFTA/FOSFA requirements.
- Review inspection reports before release when required.
- Manage subcontractors and operational vendors.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, utilization, overtime and operating costs.
- Support business continuity and emergency response.
- Develop SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, coach and evaluate inspectors and coordinators.
- Support sales with technical proposals, tenders and new services.
- Maintain relationships with ports, warehouses and laboratories.
- Strongly and ensuring that can be complying with BV safety rules.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of relevant operational experience, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Strong understanding of agricultural commodities, inspection services, export logistics, warehousing, or related industries.
- Proven experience in operations management, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
