• Analyzing data, processes, and systems within the organization to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing strategies to efficiency, productivity, quality of work and cost optimization.
• Conducting review of processes and monitoring outcomes to ensure goals are met.
• Following up with all concerned among different functions to ensure effective performance improvement.
• Responsible to Business Intelligence Manager and Operation Manager in identifying requirements and problem resolution for the organization’s performance achievements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience at least 2 years of working experience in data analysis, processes or systems improvement, or performance evaluations within an organization. Specific experience with performance improvement is preferable.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Be able to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as Performance Improvement officer who often collaborates with stakeholders at all levels to achieve the organization’s mission.
• Energetic, motivated, and devoted personality
• Good command of MS Excel in Pivot and Vlookup, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Be able to write and read well in English.
