Project Engineer Mechanical - Oil&Gas (Contract at Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day and execution of quality related project activities to achieve the quality assurance project objectives.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects (design/installation supervision/commissioning).
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring that all relevant documentation that supports the relevant project dossiers are complete and meet all project specifications.
• Set up and provide site key project specific construction/quality procedures as required. Provide an overview of the Construction, Quality Control, Turnover resources.
• Monitor the implementation of the Project Construction/Quality Management System through regular scheduled audits and by review of project documentation on a sample basis.
• Hearing client's demand, Make TOR/BOQ, coordinate with Procurement and Site management for all process at Small/Mediums scale engineering project.
• Supporting the procurement officer on technical & engineering matter before coordinate with the supplier and contractor.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Project team and Subcontractors. Submit project Monthly Report to the project team.
• Ensuring that the site drawings (P&IDs) and other relevant material are kept up-to-date.
• Participating in the FEED, risk assessment, HAZOP of all engineering projects related to the terminal.

Qualifications:

• Any gender, age 35 years old up with Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• At least 7 years working experienced as Project engineer
• Experience in Construction (Oil and gas/Brown field) is advantage. 
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills AutoCAD 3D is advantageous.
