Project Manager (Construction In Phuket)

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality, resident in Phuket.
• 7 – 10 years of construction management required. 
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer, project management, or related degree 
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and management skills
• Excellent knowledge in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar 
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
• Good command in English to working with European project Manager.
• Looking for a candidate resident in Phuket or local candidate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to completion includes organizing the schedule of work, costings, and budgeting. 
• Ensure the construction is on schedule and budget: setting benchmarks & timeline, overseeing budget allocations, and monitoring construction progress. 
• Oversee the construction site basis, including monitoring contractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control. 
• Check design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers. 
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with consultants and their representatives to monitor them of progress on the project, e.g. stakeholder management. 
• Collaborate with any consultants, contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and others involved in the project. 
• Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project. 
• Expense monthly report - compare the actual expenses to the forecast.
