1. Welcome customers and visitors. 

2. Answer all incoming telephone calls and distributes to the departments. 

3. Receive and register all incoming letters, parcels and documents then distributes to the departments. 

4. Prepare and send outgoing mails and courier. 

5. Coordinate with messenger service to deliver documents to destination. 

6. Update the head office telephone directory. 

7. Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and fully equipped with necessary facilities before use. 

8. Taking care of the company's first aid box. 

9. Monitor and control stock of stationery, company envelopes. -Check prices of office supplies and prepare purchase orders.

10. Purchase all office supplies, stationery, equipment and furniture. 

11. Issue purchase orders (POs) for all office supplies, stationery, equipment and furniture. 

12. Filling PO in the company system.

13. May occasionally need to attend the office to oversee maintenance vendors (such as pest control, air-conditioner cleaning and carpet cleaning). Including some weekends.
