Job Description

• บริษัทกำลังมองหา Sales Executive เพื่อดูแลการขายหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมทั้งแบบ Public Training และ In-House Training  สำหรับลูกค้าองค์กร (B2B) และลูกค้าบุคคล ตั้งแต่การวางแผนการขาย การนำเสนอการขาย นัดหมายลูกค้า ติดตามงาน จนถึงการปิดการขาย เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายที่กำหนด

Responsibilities

• ขายและนำเสนอหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมทั้งแบบ Public Training และ In-House Training
• โทรนำเสนอหลักสูตร และบริการฝึกอบรมให้กับลูกค้าองค์กร
• นัดหมายเข้าพบลูกค้า (Online / On-site) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการและนำเสนอ Solution
• จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และติดตามผลการขาย (Follow up) จนปิดการขายได้
• ดูแลลูกค้าเดิม และพัฒนาฐานลูกค้าใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ประสานงานกับทีมภายในเพื่อให้การจัดอบรมเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• รายงานผลการขายตาม KPI ที่กำหนด

Qualifications

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม หรือการขายและงานบริการ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ขายลูกค้าองค์กร (B2B) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
• สามารถโทรขาย นัดหมายลูกค้า และติดตามงานขายได้อย่างมั่นใจ
• รักงานขาย มุ่งมั่นทำยอด และทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายได้ดี
