Role Purpose:

The job incumbent is responsible for the performance of quality and quatity pre-shipment inspections on goods for expert to determine conformity with reference requirements (Standards, specifications, regulations, etc). He usually carries out his task independently, with minimum supervision.

Requirement

• Carrying out pre-shipment inspections on goods for export in accordancewith BIVAC rules and procedures
• Preparing inspection reports, time sheets and other relevant informationnecessary to further processing
• Maintaining internal and external communication 
• Attending meetings in relation to the above inspections
• Communication of commercial information
• Training of new inspectors and subcontractors 
• Keeping himself updated with BIVAC procedures, national and internationalregulations and publications related to GSIT inspections
• Management and administration of samples 
• Respects security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in theworking environment
• Ensure the delivery time of inspection report within 1 day and photos within 48 hours
• IR error less than 3%
• No customer complain

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

• Graduate from High school or secondary education with proper experience
• Experience in GSIT activities
• PC skills
• Good English and loca language skill is desirable
