HR Recruitment Executive

Position Overview

A comprehensive human resources professional responsible for managing personnel administration, recruitment, and employee support functions, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and maintaining efficient HR operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Personnel Administration

  • Manage comprehensive employee record-keeping
  • Maintain employee personal files (physical and digital)
  • Administer leave management systems
  • Coordinate social security and insurance processes
  • Support employee benefit administration

 

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Manage recruitment documentation
  • Support onboarding processes
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems

 

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Labor Protection Law
  • Prepare monthly reports for Social Security Office
  • Manage provident fund documentation
  • Track government policy changes
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation

 

 

Benefit Management

  • Administer:
    • Social security fund
    • Provident fund
    • Health insurance
    • Group accident insurance
  • Coordinate with external benefit providers
  • Process employee benefit applications

 

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Administration
    • Related field
  • HR certification preferred

 

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • HR management software
    • Payroll systems
    • Database management
  • Advanced Excel skills

 

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in HR and administrative functions
  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Understanding of labour regulations
