Key Responsibilities

Electrical Systems

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

• Manage electrical system testing and commissioning

Fire Safety Systems

• Oversee fire detection and suppression system installations

• Coordinate with fire safety consultants and authorities

• Ensure all systems meet regulatory requirements

HVAC Systems

• Supervise heating, ventilating, and air conditioning installations

• Monitor system performance and efficiency standards

• Coordinate ductwork, piping, and equipment placement

Plumbing Systems

• Manage plumbing and drainage system installations

• Ensure water supply and waste management compliance

• Oversee pressure testing and system validation

Mechanical Installations

• Supervise all mechanical equipment installations

• Coordinate machinery setup and alignment

• Ensure proper operational readiness

Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Oversee BMS installation and integration

• Coordinate system programming and testing

• Ensure seamless automation and control functionality

Working Conditions

• Location: Lamphun, Thailand (on-site presence required)

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and inspections

Working dates and hours

• Monday - Saturday (6 days) : 8AM – 5PM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5+ years of MEP supervision experience

• Strong knowledge of Thai construction codes and standards

• Excellent project management and leadership skills

• Good command of English
