Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ESH management plan for the project.

• Coordinate and work closely with IFMT HSSE team, construction vendors and government agencies to ensure compliance with ESH regulations.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ESH regulations.

• Enforce a safe work environment throughout the project.

• Monitor contractors’ implementation of safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.

• Report safety inspections and follow up with contractors.

• Identify safety training needs and provide training for construction workers. Follow up with contractors.

• Monitor compliance with safety procedures throughout the project.

• Report on safety compliance and incidents.

• Provide advice on a variety of safety-related topics (noise levels, machinery use, etc.)

• Inspect safety-related equipment, tools and devices with contractors.

• Implement on-site safety programs in compliance with applicable laws.

• Monitor and report on environmental impacts and implement measures to minimize harm.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5+ years of HSE supervision experience in construction

• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and construction safety standards

• Valid HSE certifications (OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, or equivalent)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in English and Thai languages

Working Conditions

• Location: Lamphun, Thailand (on-site presence required)

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and inspections

Working dates and hours

• Monday - Saturday (6 days) : 8AM – 5PM
