- Resource Management:
- Estimating and allocating resources (labor, equipment, materials) required for different project phases.
- Monitoring and optimizing resource utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identifying and addressing resource constraints or shortages.
- Risk Management:
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for potential project risks.
- Implementing contingency plans and adjusting schedules to accommodate unforeseen events.
- Collaborating with the project team to identify and address emerging risks.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generating progress reports, project status updates, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
