Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion according to schedule, specifications and budget
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with standard and safety regulations
• Managing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with relevant concern parties.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 10 years relevant experience managing manufacturing construction projects
• Ability to lead the entire EPC construction project from initial, construction, commissioning till closeout and handover.
• Well versed and experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, etc. skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm
