Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using scheduling software Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information and updates.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure all parties are aligned with the project schedule.
  • Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of the project schedule for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review schedule updates and address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss scheduling issues and strategies for resolution.
  • Conduct on-site verifications on a regular basis to verify actual progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the scheduling process.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project management is preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
