Key Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements
• Manage and supervise mechanical subcontractors and their work
• Coordinate the delivery, installation, and testing of mechanical equipment and systems
• Ensure mechanical work is performed safely and in compliance with codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Monitor progress and quality of mechanical work, and identify and resolve any issues
• Communicate regularly with the project management team and other trades
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of mechanical work
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on mechanical progress
• Assist with project closeout, including commissioning and turnover of mechanical systems

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Foreman in commercial/industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
