Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Thailand on a full-time basis, and reside in the Thailand.
We invite the experience personnel who has Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management experience into play as you manage the life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of environmental, industrial infrastructure, and process utility design / build construction projects.

Managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, resources, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.


 


Key responsibilities:

  • Participates in project scope development, estimating, proposal preparation, and client presentations
  • Reviews assigned project(s) to define project scope, establish work procedures / s sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, vendor lists, and progress billing points
  • Manage a project team to ensure project safety, scope, schedule, and budgets are being tracked and implemented per Ramboll and client standards
  • Manages design schedules and compliance of design efforts with established budgets, plans, specifications and Company standards of workmanship, quality and performance and with the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Routinely conducts field inspection of work in progress
  • Reviews and analyze the cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate job status and progress
  • Coordinates and monitor subcontractors work activities
  • Responsible for safe execution of the construction projects.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 15 years relevant experience managing manufacturing construction projects
  • Well versed and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, etc. skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project life-cycle delivery, i.e., proposal development, design, estimating, construction, commissioning / closeout, and a working knowledge of construction activities
