Position: Residential Construction Manager

Responsibility and Qaulification
Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning through
completion.
 Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all
project components are aligned.
 Budget Management: Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure the project remains
within financial constraints.
 Timeline Management: Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality
standards.
 Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
 Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates
on project status.
 Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power
BI dashboard.
