Job Description

• Coordinating with clients to submit their document for reviewing
• Process for Certify true copy, Attestation Letter , Confirmation Letter
• Issue quotation and invoice 
• Coordinating with internal teams ; The representative will need to coordinate with other internal teams to ensure that customer requests and inquiries are handled effenciently
• Deliverable certificate package to client
• Support other assignment (if required)

Qualification

• Bechelor in any field
• Experience of 1-2 year up in Customer Services
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Interpersonal skills with service minded
• Fair command of reading and writing in English with computer literacy
