Minimum Required Qualifications

Education - Graduate level in Engineering preferably with MBA

 

Experience 

  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in developing and managing portfolio for larger accounts in o&g sector, predominantly petrochemical sector.
  • Very familiar with the stakeholders  of work location in the o&g sector.
  • Should have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a more enhanced portfolio for larger accounts, while leading accounts more independently, and strategically arrange a C-level meeting to drive organizational growth and strategic account optimization.
  • Develop Strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio of accounts
  • Manage the P & L for assigned accounts including accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.  This includes offer and contract review.
  • Interface with clients to continuously calibrate their expectations with BV entity name’s performance and resolve or escalate issues that do not meet client expectations.
  • Collect, monitor and disseminate data on sourcing and/or market trends along with client needs to feedback to the operations team.
  • Monitor, identify and communicate to relevant parties any risk or opportunities based on continuous review of the health of the account
  • Ensure creation and execution of account reviews quarterly
  • Manage client meetings and presentations along with participating in training seminars and/or tradeshows.
  • Promote and leverage BV brand
  • Ensure compliance with: Bureau Veritas rules such as code ethics.HR, quality, health and safety and finance rules.

 

Business Requirements

  • Develop Strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio of accounts.
  • Higher level of engagement in client organization i.e. Executives, C-Suite, etc.
  • Travel within the country as per business need.

 

KPIs

  • 3 years plan implementation
  • New sales objectives as per budget
  • Actual Sales, revenue and profit versus budget.
  • Maintenance of empaneled/pre-qualification/agency list with clients.
