Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage technical and site activities throughout project execution,
- Coordinate project planning, progress tracking, quality control, and cost management processes,
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders,
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports,
- Ensure project execution complies with technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules,
- Support quantity surveying, measurement, and progress payment processes,
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in construction projects,
- Strong knowledge of project reporting, documentation, and follow-up processes,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills,
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- No travel restrictions,
- Residing in or willing to work in the European side of Istanbul,
- Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and site operations.
