Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio,
  • Acquiring new customers,
  • Achieving Training and Certification sales targets,
  • Performing Documentation Management in accordance with accreditation requirements,
  • Following up on quotations, contracts, and after-sales processes,
  • Developing sales activities through market and competitor analysis,
  • Preparing, developing, and organizing the documentation required for training activities,
  • Preparing and managing the training schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant university department,
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory),
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications,
  • Quality-oriented with a strong focus on customer expectations,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment,
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills,
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills,
  • No travel restrictions and willing to travel when required,
  • Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
