PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Project representative and Project Manager are shift replacement relationship, when the manager leave the office for vacation, the representative is the authorized representative to execute the project contract, and is responsible for communication and coordination with COMPANY. Responsible for the project scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, etc.

RESPONSIBILITES

 

  • Communicates and coordinates with the company and superior company and reports the work situation.
  • Communicates with PAU and other local government departments.
  • Takes charge of other foreign affairs
  • Responsible for the daily management of the project team to ensure normal operation of the project.
  • Issues the project management document authorized by the employer.
  • Constructs a project team, is responsible for the performance assessment of project team members, puts forward suggestions on rewards, punishments, appointment and removal of project team members, and proposes demobilization and evaluation opinions of project personnel after the project ends.
  • Responsible for the planning of the project management process from initiation, planning, implementation, control, closure and their interrelationships
  • Organizes the preparation of the project implementation plan, comprehensively organizes the implementation according to the implementation plan.
  • Manages the risk throughout the project process, conducts risk assessment at each stage and major operation, and supervises the implementation of preventive measures.
  • Strictly controls the project schedule and quality management and makes effective decisions in time according to the actual situation of the project.
  • Organizes the preparation of QHSE plans and documents, prepares relevant control documents and organizes implementation

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or above.

CERTIFICATES

PMP or related

MAJOR

Material, Chemical engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Petroleum chemical, Engineering mechanics or the related.

EXPERIENCE

5 - 7 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE

  • Good knowledge of international code, standard and regulation, such as ASME, API, etc.

CAPABILITY

  • Has rich experience in equipment installation in the petrochemical industry, especially involving safety load, to be able to calculate.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Three similar experiences working in international project.
  • Construction management of at least 2 EPC projects
