Role purpose: responsible for managing and coordinating the process of preparing and submitting bids or proposals for projects and contracts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the entire bid process from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly.

Collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to develop a strong bid strategy that aligns with the clients needs.

Write, edit and format proposal documents - also maintaining both internal and external documentation.

Develop a detailed timeline for bid preparation, outlining key milestones and deadlines.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance the bids competitive edge and work with the client effectively.

Interact on a regular basis with clients to clarify requirements and address any inquiries related to the bid.

Review and proofread all proposal materials to ensure accuracy.

Maintain a library of information for future use and ensure knowledge is up to date and accurate.
What are we looking for:
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time management and being able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proof reading and strong command of the English language, grammar, and sentence structure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience & Skills Preferred:
- Industry knowledge - familiar with the industry Marine & Offshore operates in.
- Prior experience in bid management, proposal writing or experience in a similar role.
Qualifications Required:

Educated to HND level or similar with relevant experience within a bid role.
