Location: Hybrid Working 2 days per week (Aberdeen)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Coordinator to join our Verification team in Aberdeen. This exciting role includes assisting the Verification Manager and Department Focal Points by taking control of coordination of resources and administration for the ‘order to invoice’ process, supporting all client chargeable work carried out internationally by Marine & Offshore - North Sea Offshore Operations.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proficient in major planning tool e.g. MyChronos and Tableau, BV Compliance
    Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent in multi-tasking & prioritising
  • Ability to work to demanding timescales
  • People management and development
  • Experience in coordination of delivery of technical work scopes, ideally in a

regulatory compliance/Verification, international setting

  • Planning, work allocation Independent worker, responsible, initiative, pro-active, hands-on mentality
  • Computer skills – Microsoft office
  • Good communication, social skills on all levels
  • Experience in a coordinator role

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all planning activities using MyChronos and Tableau to provide an overview of the condition and status of all tasks under a contract/PO
  • Communicate changes on work planning with Verification Manager.
  • Produce financial forecasts using data via Tableau
  • Support the Verification Manager and Focal Points to deliver the service
  • Accountable for accurate use of management system in line with accreditations so that only proper personnel are assigned according to their own valid competency in Qualifications
  • Work effectively with Verification Manager and Focal Points to ensure all customers KPls are met
  • Proactive approach to analysing data and putting forward recommendations for improvements and contributing to process changes and implementation
  • Maintain associated plans, trackers and calendars as required
  • Maintain the verification team records in the Training folder
  • Support the Verification Manager in the process of onboarding of staff to Verification team in terms of induction programme, assisting with the training schedule and development of competency of these individuals
  • Track all new starter Verification engineers and Non-Exclusives from start date in Company, reporting on all documentation and training records relevant to the LTO
  • Responsible for the creation of BV Corporate CVs, as part of the Onboarding process.
  • Arrange all supplementary training related to Safety or Technical Competency through the approved training provider following the approved NSOO process
    Responsible for training matrix for technical competencies within North Sea Offshore Operations
  • Administer documentation and approved skills in QUALIF accordingly
  • Qualify Lead for all Global Verification skills and codes
