What you’ll do

• Deliver Principal Designer and Client Advisor services
• Guide clients through CDM compliance and risk management
• Carry out site safety audits and inspections
• Lead CDM risk reviews and provide wider H&S consultancy
• Build strong client relationships and promote best practice
•  

What you’ll bring

• CertIOSH / CMaPS (or working towards)
• Solid knowledge of CDM regulations and construction methodology
• Proven experience in PD, Client Advisor or construction safety consultancy
• Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
• Fire safety / Building Regulations knowledge (desirable)
