Role Purpose

In this role you will manage two key client facing sales channels for Bureau Veritas UK:

 

  • Responsible for the Sales target and revenue maintenance of BV Key Accounts and the sales and quality outputs of sector related KAMs, new sales& renewals and all relevant KPIs building from this requirement and ensuring YOY growth. 
  • Concurrently being accountable for the Bid Process and wider function bidding organisation to constantly evolve bid process, coaching all departments involved, ensuring high quality and conversion rate and role modelling and leading a successful sales channel to BV UK.

 

In both sales channels, you will need to successfully deal with a matrix organisation and manage multiple resources to deliver a strong, winning bid to the prospective client.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • Proven national level sales management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience of working on strategic proposals in a Formal Bid/Tender Setting
  • Experience of managing multi-disciplined teams
  • Demonstrable track record in National/International Head of Key Account Management, demonstrably exceeding sales, revenue and growth targets Knowledge and experience in the UK and Ireland Food Sector highly beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrable ability to lead projects, and influence stakeholders, across a matrix organisation, to complete large sales projects proactively.
