Senior Health and Safety Advisor (UK & Ireland)
Location: Central London – Office-based for a minimum of 3 days per week
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

The Role
As the Senior Health and Safety Advisor, you will:
- Take charge of the health and safety management system for UK and Ireland offices, acting as the go-to expert.
- Drive meaningful changes with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset, ensuring compliance with regulations and client standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to foster a strong culture of safety.
- Go beyond box-ticking, tackling challenges with bold problem-solving, proposing innovative improvements, and delivering sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead health and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Manage incident investigations and handle regulatory reporting requirements.
- Play a critical role in audits, inspections, and supporting the setup of new office sites.
- Create and present essential reports, data analysis, and environmental health and safety (EHS) insights.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to global health and safety programmes while participating in internal and external audits.

What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a Level 3 health and safety qualification, with progress towards Level 6.
- Proven experience in health and safety roles, with a confident and engaging communication style.
- Tech IOSH membership, working towards Grad IOSH as a minimum (Grad IOSH preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, and a collaborative, approachable work style.
- The ability to work independently and confidently engage with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
